Abstract 5

I've always been drawn to featherwork — the way it crosses every culture I come from. Ceremony, identity, status, prayer: it's all in the feather before you even put it on. I stripped it down to shape and color, the way a feather looks when you stop seeing the bird and start seeing the thing itself.
