War Club and Tomahawk

Two weapons. The war club is older — wood, stone, brutal in its simplicity. The tomahawk is iron, European trade goods turned back on the people who brought them. Both have been used in ceremony and in war for centuries. I put them together because they belong together: two ways of saying the same thing about what it costs to protect something.
