Grudge Crow
Close. That is the word for this painting. You can see every feather, every glint in that eye. Crows show up everywhere along Colorado's Front Range — in parking lots, on fences, watching you from telephone wires. This one is watching. Crows remember faces. They hold grudges, pass them to their young, and use tools. Whatever you think a bird knows, a crow knows more.
